My clients come to me seeking help with various mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, substance use disorders, and many others. My goal is to work with my clients to help them find the right diagnoses so we can development the best treatment and medication strategy for them. You will leave my sessions feeling heard, cared for, and more hopeful.
I use evidence-based practices, including medication management services in conjunction with psychotherapy, to help clients achieve their mental health goals. I also use QbCheck online testing to assist with making Adult ADHD diagnoses. I take a personalized approach to each client's care, tailoring treatments to meet their unique needs.
