New moms can feel overwhelmed with a new baby that leads to constant worry & depression. It is time to get reconnected with YOU-again by getting the support.

Sliding scale fee is offered to ensure women are getting services for medication management & therapy that works best for you via in-person or telehealth. My specialty is women's mental health and perinatal mental health. Together, we will create a treatment plan and work toward your goals that is healing, empowering & resilient.
