Under his insightful leadership and great clinical expertise, we deliver a diverse and comprehensive array of state-of-the-art mental health services to our clients, including oral and intranasal ketamine. I'm a board certified psychiatrist specializing in treating adults and teenagers with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD and other mental health issues. I take a look at the whole person. I strive to be a good listener and focus on addressing my patient's concerns. I have also trained in integrative psychiatry which allows me to have a broader set of treatment modalities on hand. I do psychotherapy and prescribe medications and supplements together, as needed. I offer in person and telehealth visits.

After trying to navigate that world myself with family members, I made it my goal to do things differently. With me, you're more than just a number. I am able to provide diagnostic evaluations and medication management. My "office" is a safe space - anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQIA+, whatever the issue you face this is a place of non-judgment and I'm here to help you navigate.

I offer a range of evidence-based, patient-centered outpatient clinical services to meet the behavioral health care needs of patients and their families via in-person and telehealth. I provide a variety of assessment and treatment services, including psychiatric consultation, medication therapies, individual, couples, and family psychotherapy. The conditions I primarily treat are Depression, Anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Personality Disorders, Adjustment Disorders, Gender Dysphoria, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Substance Use Disorders and Co-Occurring Mental Health Disorders.

I have worked with many people with a wide variety of issues. Working in community mental health and at an acute care hospital has given me a wide range of experience. I have throughly enjoyed working with neurodivergent people as well as developmental disorders. I also enjoy working with people who battle addiction. It is amazing to watch the transformations in lives.

Victoria Neuses is a Nurse Practitioner in Indiana with five years of experience. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University, and a Master of Science in Nursing-PMHNP from Eastern Kentucky University. Victoria believes in working together with clients to find a medication/treatment approach that makes them feel the best they can. She treats a variety of mental health disorders including depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, schizophrenia, ADHD, and PTSD.

Eric Lyakhovetsky is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and has been involved in the psychiatric care of children and adults since 2010. He has studied at a variety of colleges including Indiana University, Bloomington before finishing his masters at Indiana University, Purdue University, Indianapolis. Eric takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to treatment, with an emphasis on helping patients to understand their conditions and treatment options. He has extensive experience working with children, teens and adults ranging up to age 35 with a variety of conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression and trauma.

I am uniquely Board Certified in adult as well as child and adolescent psychiatry. I completed adult psychiatry residency at Wayne State University MI then furthered education with child psychiatry fellowship at Brown University RI. I have worked in various clinical settings including inpatient units, outpatient, residential facilities and ER. As a child psychiatrist I have enjoyed working at school based clinics, academic institutions and community mental health agencies. These years of extensive clinical experience enable me to utilize various modalities of treatment for all age groups.
