Mr. Hyman has been a mental health provider for approximately twenty years. He earned his master’s degree at Boston College and is ANCC certified in Adult Psychiatry and Mental Health. He has a great deal of experience working with special populations.

I offer a combination of testing, medication management, and psychotherapeutic interventions to help you reach your goals. I value and engage fully with my clients. Accepting New Clients. Appointments are typically available within 7 days. We offer Medication Management, Counseling/Psychotherapy, and Neuropsychological Testing online via our Telepsychiatry Services throughout Florida. Our team of experienced mental health professionals includes Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Certified Physician Assistants, and Licensed Therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 5 and above. We accept most insurance plans including Medicare.

Sima Alavi is a Board Certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She began her career in 1995, after graduating from the University of Miami and continued on to earn her masters and Doctorate degree in the field of mental health with specialization in both children and adults. Her focus is in rehabilitation, detoxification, and recovery for both inpatient and outpatient treatment centers. Through evaluation and stabilization, she targets treatment for individuals experiencing a crisis situation and those who seek the need for immediate intervention. She works collaboratively with fellow psychiatric practitioners

Laura Pinero, APRN, PMHNP-BC Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and currently assisting patient's needs in Envision Mindcare with our focus on mental health and wellness. Laura speaks both English and Spanish fluently. This linguistic proficiency, coupled with her innate empathy, has been instrumental in her ability to connect with and provide comprehensive care to patients from various cultural backgrounds. I am board-certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have experience evaluating and treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions over the lifespan with a focus in adolescence through adulthood, including perinatal and postpartum mood concerns. My treatment focus is on psychopharmacological interventions while employing a comprehensive approach to mental health with the guidance of an individual’s specific health needs and desired health outcomes.

Clients should know that as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I possess the necessary qualifications, experience, and expertise to provide comprehensive mental health care. I am a board certified psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (APRN) trained to diagnose and prescribe medication for patients with mental health issues. Prior to becoming a Psychiatric APRN I was an Emergency Department RN, working in local ERs for 30+years. I have worked for Bardmoor ER & Morton Plant psychiatric ER & inpatient pediatric psychiatric unit, St. Petersburg General ER, & Northside Hospital & Heart Institute ER. I also have experience working with Veterans and worked at Bay Pines VA ER & inpatient psychiatric unit for 5 yrs. I am currently a Sexual Assault Examiner with The Suncoast Center S.A.V.E team.

Yumays Torres, ARRN, PMHNP-BC Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and currently assisting patient's needs in Envision Mindcare with our focus on mental health and wellness. As a first-generation graduate, I received my master’s degree from St. Thomas University and started treating patients in 2023. As a compassionate caregiver and advocate for patient-centered care, I previously worked in hospital, outpatient, and telehealth settings as a Registered Nurse for 7 years in Miami, FL.

Dr. Gundu Reddy is a Board Certified Psychiatrist in New York City. Prior to starting residency at Mount Sinai School of medicine she pursued additional research in HIV psychiatry . As well as residency training, she has also pursued further training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the NYU psychoanalytic institute. She states that whether prescribing medication, family, or relationship therapy, understanding psychodynamic conflict and causes of symptoms will cause help enhance quality of care. As well as psychodynamic training Dr Reddy also has a background in integrative psychiatry and treatment resistance.

Dr. Alison Larson is a double boarded child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist. She attended medical school in New Jersey at the Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine. She then went on to complete her residency in general psychiatry at Temple University in Philadelphia where she was an advocate and member of the performance improvement and safety committee. Following her residency, she moved to Florida where she completed her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the University of Florida.
