I am a compassionate, energetic, and knowledgeable psychiatric nurse practitioner who offers medication management with supportive therapy. I listen, asks questions, and listen again to understand my clients and their struggles. I want you as my client to feel comfortable, heard, and understood.

I am a dually certified nurse practitioner in pediatrics and psychiatry. In my practice I use a holistic approach with the understanding that each person has different needs. Although medication may be one component of treatment, I also provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, relaxation, and positive life choices. No matter where my patients are in life, I hope that my compassionate and hopeful outlook with help them achieve their full potential.

I am an experienced, board certified psychiatrist. I earned my medical degree in 1995 and completed a Residency in adult psychiatry at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida. I then did a 2 year fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry I worked as an assistant professor at Jackson Memorial Hospital from 2002-2005. I was then voluntary faculty at the University of Miami, Department of Psychiatry. I have vast experience treating eating disorders, ADHD, and autism, via both medication and/or therapy. I am currently residing in both Georgia and Florida, and fluent in Spanish. I offer telemedicine services.
