Telepsychiatry for Colorado

I am a dual certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. I have been in practice since 2011. I work with children, adolescents and adults and offer medication management services as well as therapy. My focus is working with attention deficit disorder (ADD/ADHD), depression, anxiety, mood disorders and other behavioral conditions. I am also uniquely specialized to treat women during pregnancy, postpartum and pre-menopausal stages. I have 2 in-person office locations in the Denver area and also conduct visits via telemedicine.

I have had the privilege of working with patients for the last 20 years struggling with psychiatric problems. I am living in Colorado since 2019 and l am licensed in Colorado and California. For 10 years I was working overseas treating patients from all over the world. Many patients suffered for years with an awareness that things were sub-optimal only to realize, after receiving care, that they could have felt better long before if they had sought professional help. Optimal care entails knowing that your provider is an expert, that they care about you as a person, and maintaining continuity over time to achieve results.

I bring my skills and expertise, with an open heart, to help you with your current challenges and choices. We will use a comprehensive, integrative and holistic approach. An environment of care, support, and partnership will be created in order to assist you on your journey through challenging and chaotic times. We start with what needs attention today to address your immediate needs and goals. In doing so we will assess medication needs, therapy focus and lifestyle choices.

My passion is to provide care that is more than a ten-minute conversation, and the only answer is more medication that is not working. My care focuses on the client and their individual needs. First and foremost, I will listen to you. I believe that the best results come from a care plan that looks at all options, and is created with you. Combining integrative treatments, traditional treatments and outside-of-the-box plans will result in a tailored approach that works for you. I will meet you right where you are at.
