As a counselor, I offer nearly ten years of experience in various mental health settings. In my private practice, my work is focused on adult clients facing a variety of mental health issues. I am very familiar in assisting clients who are navigating anxiety, insecurity, perfectionism, trauma, work stress, life transitions, and family/parenting concerns.
