I weave together somatic and mindfulness practices rooted in Indigenous and Buddhist traditions, to guide you in reconnecting with your deepest truths while navigating change. My therapeutic process is collaborative and curious. My work is informed by Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating. I utilze EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Parts Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness to offer a blend of talk and somatic-based therapy.
