I will assist your family in finding its communication style, resolving conflict, and help you to heal from trauma using EMDR therapy.
With 20 years experience in the field, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Strengths Perspective, Person-Centered Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Suicide Prevention, EMDR, Psychotherapy, and Inner Childhood Work.
