My goal is to establish a safe relationship, instill hope, and empower individuals by emphasizing the power of doing what is in their control.
Currently, I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self esteem and identity, mood disorders, life transitions, and crisis management . I also have specialized training in working with those in the LGBTQIA+ community.
I strive to help others find their voice in order to advocate for real change by challenging negative thinking and increasing self-compassion. I accomplish this by continuing to take a client centered, holistic approach when working with individuals using techniques such as cognitive behavior therapy, reality therapy, and solution focused therapy.
