As an individual and couples therapist, with a focus on sex therapy and trauma, I work to support clients in stepping into their lives in a more embodied and authentic way. With specialized training in Trauma, Sex Therapy, and EMDR, I work with clients to help uncover past experiences and connect them to current distress showing up in their life. This awareness can be a catalyst for deepening your relationship with yourself and how you show up in the world.
