Hi, I’m Kate. I work with women who want to take charge of their future by taking charge of their finances. I started She Minds Money because I’m passionate about women’s empowerment, and I believe that women who take control of their money take control of their lives. My ideal client is someone who wants to better their financial well-being but needs some help getting started. Most traditional financial advice focuses on the outer work of budgeting, saving, and investing. Financial therapy helps you with the inner work of examining your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors around money so that you can confidently take action.
Financial therapy is a process informed by both financial knowledge and therapeutic competencies that works to to help people feel, think, and behave differently with money in order to improve overall well-being. When we work together, we will focus on building the insight, skills, and confidence for you to manage your financial well-being.
