I treat adolescents and adults dealing with life stressors; including work/school stress, social/familial stress, and more clinical difficulties (anxiety, depression, bipolar, issues related to ADHD). My services also include therapy for twice exceptional youth. I provide psychological/psychoeducational assessments to youth from 6y.o to adults. I work with multicultural populations on issues related acculturation, identity, and other social/familial issues. I also provide therapy services for youth and adults in the LGBTQ+ community.To support people who need to process during this difficult time, I am offering telehealth sessions.
I provide psychological evaluations to help better understand a person's mental functioning and provide valuable insights into their behavior, skills, thoughts and personality. With the results, I provide recommendations for treatment (psychotherapy, medication management, health services) and academic support.
