Does it feel as though your feelings are too overwhelming at times? I will do my best to put you at ease as finding the right counsellor is really important to be able to talk about how you feel, gain new insights, understand your behaviours and build self confidence.
As an Integrative counsellor, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. Drawing from experience of various therapeutic theories to help promote healing and change. I have extensive experience of working with people who have been parented by a narcissistic parent. I also offer Emotional Freedom Technique to support emotional release.
Together, in sessions we can explore situations you find difficult, gaining a greater understanding of the reasons why.
