Sexual Trauma Survivors Group
This is a long-term, open process group for female survivors of sexual trauma that incorporates some skill-building, grounding techniques and body-centered interventions when appropriate. Participants can expect to 1) Discuss their experiences with other women who understand 2) Hear other women's stories 3) Explore how the trauma continues to impact their present-day life (friendships, romantic relationships, sex, work, etc) 4) Learn ways to better cope with traumatic symptoms. Anti Diet Binge & Disordered Eating Recovery Group
Join a support network facilitated by Mariya Sirman, LPC, NCC that follows and encourages HAES®/Intuitive Eating values, and is committed to dismantling diet culture. Group will be a virtual, open process space for adults covering topics such as: disordered eating, body image, movement, navigating healthcare in a larger body, and anything pertaining to recovery from diet culture. This space is fat-positive and celebratory of all bodies. A prescreening intake will be required and BCBS PPO will be accepted for the intake.
