I work with a range of concerns including single (e.g. sexual assault) and complex trauma (e.g. childhood abuse, neglect), grief and loss, anxiety, identity development, relational and family conflict, and life transitions. I focus on integrating interpersonal and emotion-based processes with other forms of evidence-based practices (e.g. CBT, DBT).
