I work with a range of concerns including single (e.g. sexual assault) and complex trauma (e.g. childhood abuse, neglect), grief and loss, anxiety, identity development, relational and family conflict, and life transitions. I'm committed to the needs associated across all multicultural spectrums and integrate historical and systemic considerations as well.
I focus on integrating interpersonal and emotion-based processes with other forms of evidence-based practices (e.g. CBT, DBT).
