Greetings! Whether continuing therapy or trying it for the first time, I work to create a judgement-free, open, and safe environment for you to be authentic and to explore the struggles that bring you in. I believe no issue is insignificant and through the use of empathy, collaboration, and empowerment, we will journey through growth and healing together. I provide support by actively listening to your experiences and offering a space for ambiguity, direct feedback, reflection, and skill development that will allow you to work toward living the kind of life you want and becoming the version of yourself you want to be.
I work with a range of concerns including single (e.g. sexual assault) and complex trauma (e.g. childhood abuse, neglect), grief and loss, anxiety, identity development, relational and family conflict, and life transitions. I'm committed to the needs associated across all multicultural spectrums and integrate historical and systemic considerations as well.
I focus on integrating interpersonal and emotion-based processes with other forms of evidence-based practices (e.g. CBT, DBT). I build upon your strengths and collaborate with you to identify salient goals and needs. I truly believe you are the expert of your life, and I will work to bear witness to your experience and find ways to explore what brings you in
