I work with high achievers and creatives who are used to making things happen for themselves, yet feel a general lack of joy and satisfaction (especially after achieving their goals or having arrived in mid-life). I specialize in grief work. One of the things that unites us as human beings is the experience of loss, yet our culture of consumption and productivity keeps most of us stuck, leading to an epidemic of depression and anxiety. Grief is a healthy and crucial emotional process that often involves finding more love, not less. Hearts can break open.
Opening your heart is a very vulnerable process. Going deep takes time, and I carve out a special place for each of my clients in my heart, and in my mind.
