Feeling like your emotions are getting the best of you? Or that there's so much going on that you can't find time to process it all? I specialize in helping adults, teens and kids navigate life's stressors, from daily overwhelm to difficult relationships, or past experiences that left you feeling traumatized. Sometimes life really is too much to handle - No one should be doing it alone. I work with kids and adults who feel that their anxiety, depression and overwhelming thoughts are keeping them from feeling truly happy. And I love seeing the shift when things improve for my clients!
My approach is rooted in a trauma-informed lens that helps me create a space for you where it feels safe to express anything you need, without judgement. I believe that our past shapes our present, and I draw from years of experience to use different modalities, depending on what would resonate best for you, and make you the most comfortable.
In my practice, inclusivity is at the core of everything I do. As a member of the LGBTQ community myself, I embrace and affirm individuals from many diverse backgrounds. I love meeting new clients and figure out together how to create the path that will lead you to your ideal own, personal ideal life!
