I view therapy as a dignified and sacred journey. Trauma therapy is like removing barriers and learning to trust the brilliant flow of your own healing and creative energy. I specialize in Dance/Movement Therapy, Body Psychotherapy, and EMDR Therapy, somatic modalities that foreground your body as a teacher and guide in your therapy process.
