With formal training in CBT, AEDP, EMDR, EFT, the Gottman Method & psychodynamic therapy, I blend multiple evidence-based practices to create individualized approaches to change for couples and individuals. As an integrative psychotherapist with additional degrees from Harvard and Northwestern in Psychology & Human Development, I draw on deep knowledge of human behavior.
