So many of us feel the need to wear a mask day to day, unable to express our true feelings or show who we really are. I understand how difficult it can be to make the first step in asking for support, with this in mind I can provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment in which you can be fully open and honest.
I am a fully qualified and BACP registered counsellor working from a person-centred foundation but often incorporating other techniques such as solution focused or CBT for a more integrative approach. This approach enables me to provide therapy which is suited to the individual's needs.
Sessions with me will be a place that you can offload whatever is on your mind, talk through options or work on strategies for managing your current situation/feelings. I provide one to one long term or brief therapy in the Manchester area, this can be face to face or over the phone, whatever you feel most comfortable with.
