I am currently practicing Face to Face in Lossiemouth and also via Online platforms. At some point in our lives, we may feel ‘things’ are too much for us to manage alone. Whether, we have experienced trauma, feel anxious or depressed or just don’t know what’s wrong or who we are anymore, it can feel overwhelming. It is important to find someone you feel will listen to you and hear what you are saying.
I feel that my own personal life experiences have contributed widely to the counsellor I have become today. As a qualified counsellor, I work in a person-centred and integrative way, offering a safe and confidential space where you can talk and be listened to without judgement. I work with you to gently explore and understand what is on your mind.
Counselling can be a life-changing experience which may allow you to find new personal growth and ultimately regain control or acceptance over the issues that brought you to therapy. Together we can find a way that is right for you. I currently work from Lossiemouth for face to face appointments. I also offer online or telephone appointments.
