My name is Kat and I know from both personal and professional experience that sometimes things may just get too much and life may seem to be complicated and talking to a friend or a family member may not feel like a solution. Either you are experiencing stress, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, loss or any other emotional issue counselling may help. By providing you with a safe and confidential space I can assist you on a journey of self exploration and change.
I work integratively (based on humanistic approach) where I combine multiple theories to provide adult individuals and couples with best support possible. I believe there is no 1 approach to fit everybody therefore I tailor sessions to meet individual needs of each client to support their wellbeing and personal growth.
