I am passionate in supporting people by creating a safe and non-judgmental space where we can explore difficult topics in a comfortable way. People access therapy for all kinds of different reasons. I can offer tailored individual psychological therapy and couples therapy for a range of difficulties.
As a Chartered Clinical Psychologist I am trained in a range of therapies and can offer an integrative approach tailored to your needs. I specialise in working with individuals and couples from the LGBTQI+ community and people who work in the creative industry. I have extensive experience working within the NHS and private sector as a trauma specialist.
We all go through difficult times in our lives that can have an impact on our psychological wellbeing and mental health. Asking for support can be a scary process and difficult to navigate. The stigma around mental health in our society can often make us feel ashamed. Talking with somebody can be an important initial step towards recovery.
