I am an Integrative therapist registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I provide emotional support for Children, Young People and Parents. My approach with children is play based and creative therapy. My work with parents is taken from a relational approach helping parents to learn about their attachment styles building on their understanding of their child's development and improving relationships. My support helps children understand their feelings, improving confidence, self esteem, anxiety, behaviours, and emotional wellbeing.
