I am an Integrative Somatic Therapy Practice (ISTP) therapist. Trauma can present in the body in a variety of ways; witnessing a violent or horrific event(s), car accidents, surgeries, a serious sports injury(ies), being a soldier or civilian in war, being a first responder, being trafficked, as well as survivors of physical, emotional and sexual abuse. This therapy addresses trauma that shows up in the body, causing ailments that appear to have no medical rationale.

We are an online counselling agency so do not provide services in person.
