We all have our unique journeys that is often filled with challenges and obstacles that can be extremely difficult to solely manage effectively. We are all worthy and deserving of healing and inner peace. I create a safe and confidential place where the individuals, couples and family and children experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, loss, communication, sexual abuse, relationship difficulties, drug and alcohol, eating disorder, trauma, separation and divorce, family violence and Indian Residential School effects. You will know what your needs are, what you want and why, make reachable goals and take steps to get them.
I come with 30+ years of counselling and life experiences and education. My integrated counselling orientation draws form several theoretical approaches and is personalized to your brace culture, identity and values. I walk with you while you discover your needs and frustrations behind your emotions. I offer CBT, Solution Focus, EMDR, EFT, ACT, etc.
Life is not fair. Often life sucks! Changes take time. I will walk with you while you discover opportunities, tools and compassion for yourself and others. The whole person, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual is taken into consideration. The struggle is to abandon what is not working and create what does work in all areas of your life.
