My counselling approach is relational, and reflective. I strive to provide a safe, nuturing, and validating space for clients to grow and know themselves in new ways. As a former RN I work with clients who are dealing with health issues, relationship stressors, and/or who have experienced traumatic events in their life. I work adults both individually or as a couple, caregivers, nurses, RCMP and, firefighters.
My past experience as a nurse on a burns and plastics unit and in a hospice, I value a holistic approach: the interconnectedness of the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual to our health and well-being. As your life experience is uniquely yours, I aim to provide you with tailored therapy just to your needs and growth.
