Welcome! Are you suffering from anxiety and depression that has knocked your life to the point where it is has become unmanageable? Are you struggling to have or maintain close relationships with your family, friends, loved ones, staff or employers? Have you being "going it alone," or tried other treatments, but nothing worked or if it did, it did not work for long? Mistrust, anxiety, depression, hypervigilance and self-destructive behaviours are only a few symptoms of something much larger that is going on.

My "bottom up" approach, uses an Integrative Somatic Therapy Practice (ISTP-tm) to resolve what you are experiencing in your body first, then a "top down" approach to resolve your emotional distress. In an atmosphere of safety and support, together we build trust with empathy, caring, kindness and attunement.

I work with clients, suffering with trauma in all of its many forms, particularly in the body. The initial approach is to release trauma from the body, then work through it with talk therapy. For some clients, this approach moves them a through the process quickly. For others with deeply layered trauma, the process may take longer. Everybody's healing journey is different.
