As a bi-cultural, Egyptian, Arab, first-generation immigrant woman, I draw on my lived experience and understand that it takes courage to seek the vulnerable experience of therapy. This encourages me to listen with empathy, collaboratively looking with you for ways to heal. While it is challenging to look inwards, by understanding our experience we can begin to deepen our connection to ourselves. I see therapy as a vehicle for transformation on a non linear, non judgmental path.
Wherever you are on your path, I welcome clients from all walks of life. I specialize in recognizing the narratives and lenses we see ourselves and the world. My practice is influenced from narrative, mindfulness, IFS, and art therapy approaches. My goal is to create a comforting and warm experience that gives you the space to share your unique story.
It takes courage to seek therapy and it’s my privilege to walk alongside you. I hope to foster awareness, healing, and connection with your authentic self while still leaving room for creativity and play. If you think we could be a good fit, connect with me for a free consultation where I can answer any questions you might have
