With 20+ years of experience, I show up in session with curiosity, a grounded approach, extensive training, and a deep commitment to my clients’ wellbeing. I’m skilled in the use of a variety of evidenced-based therapies and embodied, somatic practices, because I am passionate about doing therapy that works.
I am also just a person living her life, knowing how hard change can be for all of us.
