I want to bring support to those encountering everyday problems, and help them find solutions to ease the burdens that they are facing. I want to help my clients understand their situation, and take real steps toward achieving their dreams and goals. My counselling approach is tailored to each client’s needs and preferences. I am able to provide clients with psychological and practical tools, while supporting their mental health and well-being. I want to help my clients set goals and take the necessary steps to move successfully toward these goals, in order to bring about healing and change.
I am prepared to sit with my clients during the hard and the difficult moments: the moments that are too sad or dark to share with others, the moments that are private and away from the view of others.
