Accepting New Clients. I provide therapy for individuals, couples and families. My practice is focused on those with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, chronic health diagnosis, emotional eating, burnout, infertility, adoption. I can help relationship issues including: communication, lost connection, intimacy, affair recovery, partner withdrawal, separation. Maybe you are not feeling as confident as you used to be because something has changed in your life or because things have stayed the same. Therapy can help work through difficult emotions and experiences that make it difficult to enjoy the things you value.
My approach is collaborative and individual, couple or family therapy sessions will help you explore important issues. You will develop coping tools so that difficult emotions and experiences don't interfere with the things that are important to you or your family. You will build skills to move forward towards what matters to you most.
Starting therapy is a big step and finding the right fit is important. I offer a free consultation call so that you can decide if my services are right for you. I provide in-person, telephone and online sessions.
