About
Are you facing a season of grief and loss due to the death of a loved one, a divorce or separation, empty nest, a career change, or another challenging life transition? This may be one of the most difficult times of your life. You feel stuck, sad, afraid, discouraged, and heartbroken no matter what you do. Some days you manage to cope but other days are more difficult. Those around you may be expressing concern for you but seem to lack understanding for what you are facing and what you need. You long to feel like your old self again and wonder if life will ever return to normal. You need a safe and supportive person to talk to.
Imagine waking up and feeling better. Although life looks different than it used to you begin to feel more hopeful. You sleep better and your heart starts to heal. One small step at a time, you figure out how to live again. You grieve fully and live fully at the same time. Therapy with a caring counsellor can be a loving gift you give to yourself.
At Your Road Forward my team and I will welcome you to a safe space of healing, growth, and soulful reflection. We provide both in-person and online sessions from a humanistic & existential framework. Therapy can facilitate greater courage, authenticity, and meaning in your life and we look forward to joining you on your road forward. Email us today.
