Maybe you’re having relationship issues, adjusting to life as an empty-nester or you’ve uncovered news about your family history that has you questioning who you really are. With over 18 years of experience, I offer counselling that can provide you with a different perspective and new tools for managing life’s challenges. In a relaxed and open-minded setting, we’ll work together to identify how you want to feel in your life-and find your brighter path forward.

With compassion and honesty, we will develop a plan to achieve your goals and increase your well-being. From mindfulness techniques to ease symptoms of anxiety to DNA counselling, I draw on both my professional and personal experience to help you identify your own strengths and find solutions that work for you.

I honour your experiences, feelings, and beliefs and will walk beside you on your journey. I offer in-person therapy for local clients, and virtual or phone sessions for clients living in BC, Ontario, Alberta and Nova Scotia.
