Maybe you’re having relationship issues, adjusting to life as an empty-nester or you’ve uncovered news about your family history that has you questioning who you really are. These changes can leave you feeling anxious, sad and confused. With over 18 years of experience, I offer counselling that can provide you with a different perspective and new tools for managing life’s challenges. In a relaxed and open-minded setting, we’ll work together to identify how you want to feel in your life-and find your brighter path forward.
With compassion and honesty, we will develop a plan to achieve your goals and increase your well-being. From mindfulness techniques to ease symptoms of anxiety to DNA counselling, I draw on both my professional and personal experience to help you identify your own strengths and find solutions that work for you.

I offer in-person eco-therapy (a ‘walk and talk’ in nature) for local clients, and virtual or phone sessions for clients living in BC, Ontario, Alberta and Nova Scotia.
