Are You Walking on Eggshells in a Close Relationship?
Do you find yourself constantly avoiding conflict, feeling invisible, or questioning your own reactions in a challenging relationship - whether with a partner, family member or adult child? It can be overwhelming when your responses don't align with your true self, leaving you feeling responsible for someone's moods, reactions or emotional distance.
You deserve a safe, confidential space to navigate these challenges - one where your experience is met with empathy, not judgment. While narcissism is often discussed, it's not the only antagonistic personality style. Prolonged exposure to unhealthy relationship dynamics can take a serious toll, leading to anxiety, depression, and self-doubt.
I specialize in Narcissistic Abuse, Antagonistic Relational Stress and Codependency, offering support for those navigating toxic relationships. I understand the isolation, confusion, and self-blame that can come with these experiences. My secure online space supports you to reclaim your inner strength even in the face of challenging close relationships.

Inner Strength Narcissistic Abuse Support Group

Ending a relationship with a narcissist or another antagonistic personality style is not easy. When you share children, there is always the risk of parental alienation if the relationship ends. If there are shared assets that need to be divided, you could face runaway legal costs. Perhaps culture or values around family keep you there. You try to seek understanding from friends and family but they never seem to quite get it. That's why I created this group - to break the isolation and to create connection with those in similar experiences. Email me to learn more.
