Accepting new virtual clients. If you’ve been carrying invisible burdens, whether it’s guilt, grief, generational pain, or the need to be strong, you’re not alone. Many of us were taught to hold it all in order to survive or feel accepted and worthy, yet what goes unspoken often lingers within us. Perhaps it’s grief that has no place to go, shame shaped by family history, or the loneliness of being unseen. Therapy can be a safe refuge away from the noise and expectations of others, to breathe, reflect, and come back to yourself.
I work with people from all walks of life from BIPOC, adult children of immigrants, to deep-feeling folks ready to go inward and engage in meaningful healing. Our therapeutic space is where you reclaim time and space for yourself. You’re welcome to bring your grief, joy, anger, tenderness, or numbness. Whatever is alive in you, you are welcome as you are.
My approach is grounded in trauma-responsive, anti-oppressive frameworks and a belief that safety and connection are central to healing. Therapy with me is a collaborative journey of remembering who you are and exploring how to live more freely and fully. Please reach out to book a free consult if you’d like to explore working together.

I work with people grappling with lifelong guilt, anxiety, relational wounds, and complex trauma. As an East Asian therapist, I recognize how culture and environment shape our experiences. Many people begin to feel liberated as they reconnect with their sense of agency and discover new tools and takeaways.
