By providing a safe, judgement-free space, we will work together to explore, identify, and address your personal, emotional, and interpersonal challenges. We will determine your strengths and collaboratively set goals to help you make and maintain positive changes in your life.
Moreover, I employ a holistic approach to counselling by utilizing different methods and interventions to meet your unique needs.
