I specialize in emotional eating, disordered eating, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, body image issues, and self-esteem, using a combination of approaches, including Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing strategies. My approach to healthy eating behaviour incorporates the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating.
