Are you ready to address difficulties that need experienced individualized support? For over 25 years, it has been an honour to hold compassionate, joyfully affirming, safer spaces for people coping with a range of concerns in response to trauma, abuse, relationship stressors, self-injurious actions, chronic illness, grief, and life transitions, and for people who have experienced discrimination related to any aspect(s) of their physical, personal, and cultural identities. I love working with helping professionals, carers, healers, and seekers of psychedelic integration processes. What is your project for healing, growth, change?
Offering integrative, trauma-informed, person-centred psychotherapy as a relatable human / fellow traveller (and neuroplasticity nerd!) who has a sense of humour and is committed to quality service delivery and relational ethics: I practice from a place of cultural humility, and love to collaborate on structures and approaches congruent with your values.
A current area of specialized training is psychedelic preparation and integration. Also available: no-cost psychotherapy for First Nations people through the Indian Residential Schools Resolution Health Support Program (IRS-RHSP) and Non-insured Health Benefits (NIHB).
