Hello and welcome! As a registered social worker with over 11 years of experience providing psychotherapy I understand the value of good supervision! As a clinician, I value non-pathologizing, holistic and strength-based work. I am highly trained in Narrative, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and ACT. Other training includes ERP, CBT and DBT and mindfulness. More recently I have had an interest in holistic mental health care, studying the role of nutrition and sleep in mental health care.
I have recently joined as faculty with Brief Narrative Practices providing training in brief narrative therapy.
