I have experience working alongside adults, teens, and groups, and experience supporting people who have generalized anxiety, social anxiety, depression, and dealing with life stressors. I have further experience working with substance use, harm, and the impact that it has on people’s everyday lives. Lastly, I have an extensive background in the world of concussion, sports, especially hockey, and I am passionate about working with athletes, coaches, and teams, to help maximize their preparation, performance, and mental health in sport. What are more affordable or low cost therapy solutions?

Are therapy sessions confidential?
