I am an experienced Trauma Informed Clinical Therapist & Naturopath who combines traditional, alternative & complimentary therapies that embody healing. Critical to my unique approach is the integration of the Polyvagal Theory, ensuring you “feel safe”. This bottom-up approach is necessary to healing. My training & bodywork practices include Craniosacral Therapy & Energy Healing. I am also training to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). Sessions aid in the treatment & healing of a variety of conditions & symptoms including stress, emotional pain, trauma, shame, anger, anxiety, depression, grief & chronic pain.
I work intuitively and compassionately with you, to gently assist you in recognizing and eliminating fear, negativity, core beliefs, limiting mindsets, and unconscious patterns of self-abandonment, betrayal and sabotage to reveal all that no longer serves your life.
My work centers on moving people away from the mind & ego 'thinking' & into connecting to their bodies and own inner truth and wisdom. This allows for the creation of trust, clarity, certainty, confidence and self-compassion. Empowering you to create the life you truly deserve, taking you from where you are to where you want to be and to who you really are.
