I am currently a Master's level MA in Counselling Psychology practicum student qualified to practice under the clinical supervision of an approved practicum supervisor. During my practicum I will be offering pro bono mental health counselling. I inherently believe in an individual's strength to overcome obstacles and create a life that aligns with their unique values. Through empathetic engagement and validating your experiences, I aim to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space to share your challenges. While I can draw from various evidence-based approaches, my approach is client-centred and rooted in the assumption that you are the expert of your lived experiences. Drawing on my experience as a holistic wellness practitioner, my approach to mental health care considers all aspects of your life to identify patterns that may contribute to your struggles.
