Hello and thank you for considering me as your therapist. I am registered to practice in Newfoundland and Ontario. I offer online sessions only at this time. I enjoy supporting clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. Clients who are interested in gaining personal insight into their thoughts, feelings and behaviors are in a great position to learn new tools and skills that will help them in their journey to wellness. I especially enjoy working with women age 50+. It's a critical age where many women are asking themselves some very big questions. Lets explore them together.
We all aim for happiness. We want meaningful relationships, a work/life balance, feeling connected to that special someone, content children and so on. But, on this journey called life, we know there are ups and downs. Sometimes the downs can be so powerful they cause us to feel stuck and helpless. Let me help you find your happiness again.
Aboriginal issues are a special interest of mine. I worked with the Inuit population for several years and I also adopted a child from Nunavut. I have an understanding of inter-generational trauma. Please reach out if you are feeling overwhelmed and would like support.
