I specialize in working with young adults who have experienced trauma. Trauma has a way of affecting every aspect of a person's life until it has taken over. I specialize in helping you take back that control.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is an evidence based practice, that helps you learn the skills to become your own therapist. CBT is a collaborative approach that empowers you to be in the driver's seat of your treatment. Through my experience and research, CBT has show to be beneficial for those who struggle with PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
It is important to me to provide a non-judgmental, empathetic place where you can share your thoughts and feelings.
