I provide Trauma Informed care and Humanistic approaches in first helping you find safety within yourself. I will meet you where you are at and support you in restoring your relationships and goals. I have extensive training in working with Trauma, Prenatal/Postnatal issues and family conflict through EMDR and with children utilizing Play therapy.
