Consisting of nine hours per week of group counseling and one hour per week of individual/conjoint counseling sessions, our Intensive Outpatient Programs strive to address every aspect of your mental health disorder, from triggers and cravings to the psychological explanations behind them. As mental health disorders affect both the individual suffering as well as his or her loved ones, weekly family sessions are held in order to both educate family members on the specifics of the disorder and facilitate healthy communication between everyone involved. By utilizing evidence based therapeutic approaches, our Licensed Professional Counselors and Masters Level Clinicians will provide you with healthy, adaptive coping mechanisms as you work together to target the core stressors which trigger your symptoms. Throughout your time in the Intensive Outpatient Program, you will learn to utilize these valuable tools outside of the protective counseling walls, enabling you to create peace and stability in your daily life.

We have been providing intensive outpatient treatment, groups individual and couple therapy in the Greater Dallas area since 1999 for adult clients who both step down from residential programs, from detox, and for primary treatment appropriate for this level of care. Our staff consists of Master's level trained, experienced counselors licensed in the field of addiction. Our IOP is structured to meet 3 times weekly for 8 weeks with focus on understanding addiction as a brain-based illness and to help clients learn to cope with moving from a reactive to a proactive process of recovery. We utilize group, individual, and family therapy to help clients develop the coping skills to prepare clients to engage in long term recovery.

We are committed to you. Screenings for adult/child/adolescent counseling and IOP appointments available the same day. Psychiatric appointments are available within one week. Urgent night care is available on demand Monday through Saturday 6PM to 9 PM. Whether you are continuing treatment from our luxury residential Enterhealth Ranch or privately seeking outpatient care, your continuum of recovery can be achieved in our upscale, comfortable therapy and treatment rooms. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is tailored to assess the client’s needs and build a clinical program that supports the individual’s goals. This level of care gives clients the tools and the opportunity for practical application – to build strength and confidence in their sobriety. We offer Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) to treat addiction, mental health, and dual diagnosis. Some clients may be better suited to starting at the PHP level of care and then transitioning to IOP, dependent on the client’s needs and history. We have a variety of individual, group, and family addiction therapy programs customizable to the needs of each individual and their family. Our therapists are licensed, master-level clinicians and trained in various treatment modalities. Our holistic philosophy combines clinical therapies and life-skills programming. We work with most private insurance providers to help offset the majority of the out-of-pocket treatment cost.
