Sigma Counseling Services provides comprehensive mental health and substance use treatment services. Our goal is to improve access to mental health and substance use treatment, enhance individuals' quality of life, and effect positive changes in our local community. We have partnered with local community resources to offer subsidized substance use treatment for clients who meet certain qualifications. Additionally, we have affiliated with Texas State, local, and community resources such as courts, probation departments, CPS, schools, and others.
