Our treatment programs provide support services such as case management, group and family therapy, alumni support groups and discharge planning. Inpatient Treatment at Carrollton Springs is designed to provide intensive, highly-structured treatment for adults, ages 18 and older with psychiatric, addictive, and co-occurring disorders. We offer outpatient treatment through the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Medication Management Services. We also offer a Help for Heroes program specially designed for active duty military, veterans, first responders, or other high-risk frontline professionals. This program offers treatment and therapy specifically geared for those who routinely face trauma, physical and mental stress, and life-threatening situations. Outpatient Child & Adolescent Therapy
At Carrollton Springs we offer Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs for children and adolescents, ages 9-18 at our Frisco and McKinney outpatient locations. Our programs provide access to evidence-based care for youth struggling with mental health and co-occurring disorders. We provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment, medication management and monitoring, group therapy, family and patient education, recreational therapy, academic support, and discharge planning. Throughout their experience, kids receive age-appropriate education through collaborations with local schools and teachers. We also work with children, schools, and families when it’s time to reintegrate back to school, to make the transition as smooth as possible.
